I will always remember that he "raised the standard of education" while I was living in Texas, which consisted of removing Ds from the grading scale. This resulted in me not graduating from my prestigious high school, because I got ONE D during ONE semester of ONE class.

I know it's really my fault, I could have worked harder. However, few years later, I was teaching adults how to read, many of whom had actually graduated from high school unable to read anything other than their name. Definition: irony and irritation.

I have a huge chip on my shoulder, because it is statistically improbable that Bushie has a higher IQ than I and still, ten years later, employers ignore the B.A. with honors and ask why I got my GED and dropped out of high school.

I DID NOT DROP OUT. I WAS THERE FOR ALL FOUR YEARS.

It's not just political, it's personal.

I will always remember warning people about him, and going to vote against him in Arkansas, where there were no lines and everyone else at the polling place was hella old and acted like we were potential criminals.
